Start here

New users should begin with Create an account and sign in and Create and set up a workspace.
Connect at least one Gmail, Microsoft, or IMAP/SMTP mailbox.
Warm the mailbox before launching outreach, then follow the campaign launch requirements.

Some features require optional provider credentials, a paid plan, a verified domain, or an administrator role. Each page calls out its prerequisites. Features that exist only through an API are labeled as such; the guide does not claim unsupported dashboard controls.
