How to use it

Start from .env.example and pass the production validation script before deployment. Configure optional Stripe, Azure AI, Unipile, HubSpot, enrichment, SMTP, storage, worker, and extension values only when used.

Important behavior

NEXT_PUBLIC values are built into the client. Secret values belong in GitHub or server secret storage, never in documentation.
