How to use it

Open Billing to review credit and usage meters before starting a large enrichment or AI operation.

Plan allowances

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance: Free — 0, Email Pro — 200, Multichannel — 500, Agency — 2,000. These are the defaults at the time of writing — the Billing page in Settings always shows your workspace's live allowance, including any one-off bonus credits granted to your workspace. Credits reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and bonus credits apply to the current month only.

Important behavior

Credits and limits come from the active workspace entitlement, not from a hardcoded client value.
